Fresh, sweet fruit served with warm melted caramel for dipping is one combination that never disappoints!
1 lb. strawberries (washed, dried and hulled)
6 ripe bananas (peeled and cut into 1 inch slices)
1 pint golden ripe pineapple chunks
6 apples cored and sliced
1 Pound Cake, cut in 1" squares (optional)
2 16 oz. tubs Litehouse® Chocolate Caramel Dip or Litehouse® Old Fashioned Caramel Dip
Toss apples and bananas with a non-darkening powder, such as Nature Seal, or with lemon juice to avoid browning.
Arrange fruit on platter. Spoon Litehouse® caramel dip into fondue pot; heat on low. Dip fruit and enjoy!
