Crunchy Asian Cabbage Slaw

Serves 4-6 | Finish in 20 minutes

Try this Litehouse spin on a well known classic.


2/3 cup slivered almonds
8 cups shredded cabbage
12 oz. snow peas (remove strings)
1 1/3 cups sliced radishes (thin)
1 1/3 cups sliced green onions (thin)
1 1/3 cups fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 cup Litehouse® Sesame Ginger or,
Litehouse® Tuscan Herb With Lemon 


Place almonds in cake pan, bake at 350° until golden (shake pan once, 6-9 minutes). Combine cabbage, snow peas, radishes, green onions and cilantro in a large bowl. Mix in Litehouse® dressing and serve.
