Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Serves 4 | Finish in 30 minutes

These chocolate protein pancakes with fresh strawberries and OPA by Litehouse® Strawberry Poppyseed dressing are full of flavor and make the perfect breakfast.


  • 1 cup Oats

  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder

  • 2 ripe Bananas

  • 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

  • 3 Eggs

  • 2 Tbsp. Water

  • Coconut Oil

  • OPA by Litehouse® Greek Yogurt Strawberry Poppyseed Dressing


  1. Add oats to a blender and blend on low. Slowly add in bananas, eggs, water, chia seeds and protein powder. Blend until smooth. Add more water if needed.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil to skillet and preheat on low to medium flame.
  3. Slowly pour in roughly 1/3 cup of mixture and cook until bubbles start to form. Flip pancake and cook until done. Repeat with the remaining mixture, adding more coconut oil to skillet as needed.
  4. Serve with fresh strawberries and top with OPA by Litehouse® Strawberry Poppyseed Dressing.
