Caramel Nut Crunch Recipe

Serves 4-6 | Finish in 25 minutes

Sure to become a favorite treat in your household! 


2  ½  cups salted peanuts
2  ½ cups salted cashews
¾  cup salted sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. butter
1 16 oz. tub of Litehouse® Butterscotch Caramel Dip
Or any of the following:
Litehouse® Chocolate Caramel Dip
Litehouse® Old Fashioned Caramel Dip
Litehouse® Low Fat Caramel Dip


In saucepan, mix Litehouse® caramel dip, butter, and corn syrup. Heat to a rapid boil (234° F on a candy thermometer). Mix in nuts; stir until the nuts just start to brown.

Spread out on a foil covered cookie sheet. Cool, and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
