Ingredients
- 2 tbspbutter
- 2 cupshredded cooked chicken
- 6 tbspThe Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce, plus more for serving
- mini corn tortillas eamini corn tortillas
- 1 cupthinly sliced romaine lettuce
- 6 tbspLitehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing & Dip
- 2 tbspfinely chopped red onion
- 2 tbspcilantro leaves and tender stems
- 1 eaLime wedges, for serving
Directions
Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and Louisiana Hot Sauce and cook, stirring, until chicken is warmed through and is fully coated in sauce. Heat a large cast iron skillet over high heat. Working 4 at a time, add tortillas in an even layer and cook, flipping once halfway through, until lightly charred and puffed, about 2 minutes per side. Tuck into a clean dish towel to keep warm and repeat with remaining tortillas. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and lettuce and arrange on a serving platter. Drizzle Litehouse Homestyle Ranch over the filling then sprinkle with onion and cilantro. Drizzle lime juice and more hot sauce over the top to serve.
