Litehouse Instantly Fresh Herbs is a major help when it comes to getting food served fast. Fresh herbs are fantastic. I suggest having both, but when you don’t have time to work with fresh herbs, Litehouse Instantly Fresh Red Onion, Litehouse  Instantly Fresh Spring Onion, and Litehouse Instantly Fresh Parsley are great to have in the pantry for most recipes and are included in the Easy Salmon Patties recipe. All are easy to rehydrate. For instance, I use one-half ounce of warm water for every tablespoon of Litehouse Instantly Fresh Red Onion. I end up with an ounce of perfectly minced red onion. Substituting the Litehouse Instantly Fresh Onion for fresh red onion not only saves time, but also it saves your tears too!
