Litehouse Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette
Litehouse Bleu Cheese Crumbles
6 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
2 cups sliced cucumber
1 cup diced tomato
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced carrot
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, then drizzle on top Litehouse Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette. Toss salad gently. Top with Litehouse Bleu Cheese Crumbles.
