
1 pound asparagus, bottoms trimmed
2 tsp Litehouse® Freeze-Dried Garlic
4 tsp. Litehouse® Freeze-Dried Parsley
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 oz. Litehouse® Idaho Bleu Cheese Crumbles
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Wash asparagus; cut off and discard tough ends. Place asparagus tightly together in a baking pan. Sprinkle with herbs, salt, pepper and oil. Bake uncovered until asparagus is firm to the bite, 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven; garnish with cheese and serve.
