L10-001 Cycle Counter: Lowell, MI-- Will perform physical counts of inventory to audit accountability and accuracy of numbers. Responsible to perform research and analysis into root causes of inventory discrepancies; will work with others to resolve and correct these issues. Will recommend procedures, training and communications to aid in the accuracy of inventory levels. Will work with all aspects of inventory including receiving, waste and damage, holds, production (including production scheduling), and purchasing. This position will utilize numerous computer systems including Ross. Data Collection, and MS Office. Will enter data regarding inventory into systems, pull reports, analyze data for trends and search for system loopholes. Will be an essential part of the transition to and sustainability of the company wide Data Collection system. Required Skills: • Excellent math, prioritization, communication, organization, multi-tasking and time management skills • Excellent computer and systems skills • Ability to work well with individuals and teams across all areas of the company • Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail • Possession or ability to get a valid Hilo license • Ability and desire to follow through on tasks from start to finish • Ability to lead projects to completion • Desire to help Litehouse exceed quality and production goals • Experience in inventory measurements • Previous data collection experience • Apics certification • Proven experience in an inventory role 1st shift, $13.75/hr

Quality Assurance Manager: LOWELL, MI plant - Quality Assurance Manager. The QA Manager manages and coordinates the review, revision and implementation of all quality and food safety programs including GMP’s, HACCP, allergens, and organics. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Management of all food quality and safety audits including FDA and other 3rd parties as well as all internal audits. • Management of plant quality data collection including retains, testing, and inspection documents. Analysis of data for concerns, changes and/or opportunities. • Ensuring compliance with all quality and safety standards through communication, training, monitoring and documentation • Direct supervision of micro lab and floor QA technicians as well as the Sanitation department • Promoting a culture of empowerment and accountability • Coordination and follow up of customer and consumer correspondence Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science or related field • Food production experience with at least 5 years in a QA Managerial role • Demonstrated leadership in food quality and safety and plant regulatory requirements • Comprehensive knowledge of microbiology • Thorough understanding and working knowledge of all FDA requirements • Previous experience leading a food plant through FDA and other 3rd party audits • Exceptional communication, organizational, problem solving and leadership abilities • Ability to work well with team members on all levels of the organization • HACCP Certification from an accredited HACCP firm preferred Litehouse is an employee owned company offering a competitive compensation package including 401K with company match, medical, dental and life insurances, vacation and personal time, and a great work environment.
